CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

IMG_1279Dream Weaver ~  is a fusion of  the traditional eight-limbed yoga system ,shamanic studies and motherhood.   Classes put emphasis on BREATH, as a way to “reprogram” patterns in the body and mind that keep us from reaching our human potential, BALANCE, between action and stillness, and ALIGNMENT that is reached by listening to your intuition, gentle assist and guidance. The goal of this system is to support  you in  balancing  body, mind and emotions so you can manifest your dreams and fulfill your true purpose in life. Visualizations, shamanic journeys, aroma therapy, shiatsu and energy work also enrich this classes and private sessions. This is a very healing and non competitive yoga format and is suitable for most everyone.

Begginers Class ~ In this class you will be guided through traditional asanas infused with spiritual teachings from the ground level up. Emphasis on Anatomy, Breathing, and Openness.

1st week of every month~ Breath , sun salutations

2nd week ~ Standing poses

3rd week~ Forward bends and back bends

4th week ~Twists and  inversions

Restorative ~  If you need some serious TLC, this is the yoga session for you! The emphasis is on deep relaxation and breathing techniques to restore and bring balance to the immune and nervous systems. Its great for beginners and advanced students of all ages! Every yoga student should do a restorative practice at least once a month.

Healing with Essential Oils ~ sessions incorporate the use of essential oils which are derived from plants, trees, flowers and fruits. Essential oils are powerful healers, they are anti microbial by nature with many other healing properties.
